About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Veolia North America. As a Project Manager for Wastewater Infrastructure, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of medium and large capital infrastructure projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage water/wastewater projects, including conceptual design/development, coordination of pilot testing, and development of project plans.
  • Manage the development of technical, bidding, and contractual documents in accordance with enterprise engineering guidelines.
  • Ensure enterprise Technical and Environmental Health and Safety/Security standards are incorporated into the design specifications.
  • Manage environmental and governmental permitting in coordination with local business unit staff.
  • Provide project oversight of design and construction management personnel to ensure timely completion of assignments, budget compliance, and adherence to applicable standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing water/wastewater design and construction projects for pumping stations, wastewater collection systems, water transmission/distribution systems, and treatment plants.
  • Experience with environmental regulatory framework and permitting approvals preferred.
