- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to meet their insurance needs
- Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve sales goals
- Provide prompt and accurate customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with the agency team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- State Farm agency experience required
- Property & Casualty Producer License required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Dedicated to customer service and sales
