About the Role

Biologique Recherche is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce and CRM Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital commerce and customer relationship management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing ecommerce strategies, managing the CRM system, analyzing data to improve customer experiences, and driving sales growth through online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experiences
  • Manage the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in ecommerce and CRM, preferably in a luxury brand or beauty/skincare industry
  • Proficient in Salesforce: Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, as well as Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in launch and build-out of CRM tool, including integration with internal platforms
