Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Twin Tier Hospitality. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk, providing exceptional guest service, and supervising a team of front desk staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of front desk staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest information, room assignments, and other relevant data.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Train and develop front desk staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a hotel or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
