Summary: ,Able to create a proper first impression over the phone as well as in person for all of those that visit the office. Have proper phone etiquette and truly carries themselves in a professional manner. Comfortable reviewing finances with patients, scheduling patients and handling all aspects of insurances claims. One who enjoys accomplishing business goals and wants to be part of a growing business. Not afraid of responsibility for the day-to-day administrative tasks nor afraid being accountable for their part in the success of the business. The doctor looks to have partners in the business not just employees.
Education and/or Experience:
- Experience in performing front desk duty in a healthcare facility is beneficial.
