Position: Store Lead

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Overview:

The Store Lead plays a pivotal role in assisting the Store Leadership Team by managing cash operations, executing opening and closing tasks, and serving as the Leader on Duty (LOD). This position embodies the brand's values, maintains professionalism, engages with customers, upholds store standards, and fosters teamwork and employee growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Duties:

  • Facilitate talent development through associate training, including real-time coaching.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to address performance issues among team members.
  • Engage in all company training and development programs.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and provide timely, constructive feedback.
  • Evaluate performance and deliver appropriate feedback regularly and during annual reviews.
  • Inspire and motivate associates to enhance brand loyalty and create a welcoming store atmosphere for customers.
  • Exemplify and encourage outstanding customer service practices on the sales floor while maintaining high standards throughout the store.
  • Represent the company positively and professionally.
  • Assist management in optimizing productivity through operational knowledge, customer service, and participation in key store initiatives.
  • Engage in the Leader on Duty (LOD) program to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store profitability while managing payroll effectively.
  • Oversee weekly payroll processing.
  • Adjust scheduling based on business needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom, adhering to established policies.
  • Ensure compliance with Environment (CRE) Standards and Safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of retail experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
