We are looking for a Flooring Sales Representative to join our team in the Columbus area. In this role, you will focus on nurturing existing client relationships while also pursuing new business opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include providing accurate quotes for various flooring projects and ensuring an outstanding level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account managers to enhance and grow local accounts.
- Leverage warm leads to establish connections with prospective clients.
- Provide estimates and quotes for flooring projects across different sectors, including small businesses, residential, and hospitality.
- Showcase your knowledge of diverse flooring products and their installation methods.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service in all interactions.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the commercial and residential flooring sectors.
- Demonstrated success in generating new business and expanding territories.
- Comprehensive understanding of various flooring types and market dynamics.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C sales is advantageous.
Compensation Package
- On-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 annually.
- Base salary set between $40,000 and $45,000.
- A complete benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid time off.
- Provision of a company vehicle and mobile phone.
