Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities within your target market and territory
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through to close of sale
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Search, source, and screen potential candidates using multiple online resources
  • Conduct in-person interviews to evaluate candidates and provide feedback to clients
  • Mentor and develop entry-level sales consultants within the office
  • Participate in the proposal process by developing and pitching proposals to clients
  • Negotiate commercial terms and rates with clients
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B sales environment
  • Prospecting experience is required, with a proven track record of closing business
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • A positive attitude and desire to win, with a proven history of consistently achieving sales quotas
  • Driven by a desire to achieve meaningful and measurable results, with a willingness to develop as a sales professional
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Adaptable and able to think on your feet, with a coachable and curious mindset
