About the Role:

Tuknik Government Services, a leading provider of government services, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Protection Specialist to support our government customer in a critical role. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in identifying and protecting sensitive information and developing comprehensive security plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide senior-level guidance to the Chief, Special Projects on matters of intelligence and security, ensuring the safeguarding of sensitive information and technology.
  • Support the development and coordination of security policies and guidelines for the department, focusing on AI, data, and technology protection principles and practices.
  • Assist in assessing and implementing Systems Security Engineering (SSE) requirements, including evaluating security provisions in technical reviews, specifications, and engineering plans.
  • Author and maintain Program Protection Plans (PPPs) and related Critical Program Information (CPI) for CDAO Programs and Projects.
  • Support the Program Protection Team Lead in authoring and maintaining Security Classification Guides (SCG) in accordance with DoD policies.
  • Coordinate and integrate the execution of directorate requirements and taskings, developing and managing key operations and enterprise core functions, tasks, and processes.
  • Develop and implement innovative security strategies to protect sensitive technologies and capabilities.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in the DoD or IC, preferably in a security function or intelligence mission.
  • Previous experience in implementing and measuring the effectiveness of security measures, practices, and postures.
  • Excellent research and data-gathering skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex information in operational Research & Development (R&D) / Science & Technology (S&T) environments.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Previous experience authoring and delivering high-level briefings to senior staff and executives.
Desired Skills:
  • Broad understanding of pacing threats from principal adversaries in AI, Data, and Analytics.
  • Ability to rapidly understand and apply new concepts.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
  • Advanced MS Word skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Education:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

Security Pre-Requisite:

A CURRENT/ACTIVE TS/SCI-level security clearance is required.
