AmeriPro Roofing is a leading residential roofing contractor with a strong presence in the Twin Cities. We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Summary

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for educating and informing homeowners on their entitlements related to storm damage, roofing, siding, and gutter projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new sales opportunities through targeted canvassing, referrals, and preset leads.
  • Manage and maximize assigned territory to achieve sales goals.
  • Conduct exterior property inspections to identify wind and hail damage.
  • Convert inspections to claims filed and contracts signed.
  • Review scope of work and sign contracts with homeowners.
  • Meet with insurance adjusters on property to ensure accurate assessments.
  • Collect funds and insurance deductibles from homeowners.
  • Obtain referrals from customers on approved sales and networking.
  • Build relationships with homeowners by earning their trust and delivering exceptional service.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry knowledge, products, and AmeriPro's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of proven full-cycle sales experience.
  • A reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage (10 years or newer preferred).
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • A smartphone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures.
  • Previous experience using a CRM platform.
  • Self-sufficiency and ability to work independently.
  • Dedication to personal career development and reaching set goals.
