Advanced Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Sales Director to join our team at Securian Financial Group. As a key member of our Individual Solutions market segment, you will be responsible for leading a team of advanced sales professionals and supporting our regional sales directors in the sale of individual life insurance and annuities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the company's advanced planning strategy
- Represent Securian Financial at industry events and in publishing industry-relevant articles
- Consult with internal teams, including risk, underwriting, legal, and actuarial professionals
- Lead and coach a team of credentialed senior consultants
- Oversee the design and implementation of Securian Financial's vision for advanced sales support
- Bachelor's degree
- Must hold either a J.D. or CPA designation
- FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on advanced sales and planning
- Deep knowledge of advanced sales concepts and planning strategies
- Strong partnership mindset and ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external associates
