About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and hardworking Customer Success Manager to join our team at Pylon. As a key member of our post-sales support team, you'll be responsible for helping customers adopt new features, identifying and engaging with customers who are not using our product as expected, and managing renewals with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help customers adopt new features and functionality
  • Identify and engage with customers who are not using our product as expected
  • Manage renewals with existing customers
  • Dogfood Pylon for our customer success processes
  • Build upsell processes for new products and seats expansion
  • Manage migrations from legacy systems onto Pylon
  • Help develop a scalable customer success process
  • Tinker with new processes, new features, and AI
Requirements
  • Located in San Francisco or willing to relocate
  • Comfortable interacting with customers over chat and video
  • Very organized and hard working
  • An interest in tinkering with our product and suggesting improvements
  • 0-6 years of experience
