Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at First Student. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and driving retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
  • Proven track record of driving retention and growth

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
