The successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify their requirements, convert those into technical specifications, and oversee the successful deployment of solutions that enhance operational processes and foster growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering:

  • Engage with stakeholders to collect and document business needs, functional specifications, and workflow diagrams.

Data Analysis:

  • Collect and evaluate data to uncover business needs and opportunities.
  • Examine intricate data sets to discern trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.

Process Enhancement:

  • Assess current business workflows, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and suggest solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Formulate strategies aimed at boosting productivity and operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as a liaison between departments, communicating findings and recommendations effectively.
  • Ensure clear communication with stakeholders at all levels to align on project objectives and deliverables.

Documentation:

  • Produce comprehensive documentation, including business cases, process maps, and system specifications.
  • Draft clear and well-organized business requirements and documentation.

Project Assistance:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring timely and within-scope delivery.

Reporting:

  • Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to aid stakeholders in understanding business performance.

Testing and Validation:

  • Design and implement test plans to verify that delivered solutions meet business requirements.

Training and Support:

  • Offer training and assistance to end-users to ensure effective utilization of new systems and processes.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in a Business Analyst role or a similar capacity.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Certifications (Preferred): CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis), or equivalent certifications.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL), project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello), and familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex data and convert it into actionable insights.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities, with a knack for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL or Python is advantageous.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to develop data-driven solutions for business challenges.
