Anchor Point Technology Resources is in search of a skilled Business Intelligence Quality Assurance Engineer to contribute to our client's projects. This is a PERMANENT position and candidates must be eligible for direct employment in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Quality Assurance methodologies and processes effectively;
  • Employ SQL for data interaction and result summarization;
  • Leverage Business Intelligence tools to generate ad-hoc reports;
  • Exhibit strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Resolve issues through effective problem-solving techniques;
  • Adapt swiftly to changing priorities and directions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive understanding of Data Warehouse concepts including Star/Snowflake schemas, Normalization, and Slowly Changing Dimensions;
  • Solid knowledge of the software engineering and development life cycle (SDLC);
  • Experience in analyzing BI environments for potential enhancements;
  • Familiarity with MicroStrategy and the Microsoft BI Stack including SSIS/SSAS/SQL Databases;
  • Experience as a member of an Agile Scrum team.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
