Position:

Senior Technical Project Manager for a healthcare initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates meetings, prepares agendas with relevant materials, documents minutes, and ensures follow-up communications.
  • Identifies and secures necessary resources while coordinating efforts among team members and external consultants to ensure project delivery aligns with established plans.
  • Establishes project objectives and oversees quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle, including benefits realization activities.
  • Manages large-scale projects that span multiple business units, addressing diverse stakeholder needs and integrating various technologies that influence the organization.
  • Communicates effectively at departmental, enterprise, and executive levels.
  • Collaborates with team members to identify challenges in worklist management and develop effective solutions.
  • Proactively seeks and implements efficiencies to achieve project goals.
  • Utilizes knowledge of organizational processes, systems, and policies to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Solicits feedback from team members and external stakeholders to enhance project performance.
  • Maintains client relationships and coordinates discussions to ascertain team requirements for success.
  • Documents and shares best practices with team members to foster continuous improvement.
  • Acts as a liaison and primary contact for all teams addressing client analytics needs.
  • Communicates complex business objectives to technical teams to ensure seamless collaboration.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in project or program management.
  • Proficient in MS Project, SharePoint, and ServiceNow for at least 3 years.
  • Experience in defining project roles and processes with stakeholders for a minimum of 1 year.
  • Willingness to work on-site for a significant portion of the time.
  • Must reside within a reasonable distance from the workplace.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification.
  • Experience as a Project Manager in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong communication skills, including proficiency in email and presentation tools.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Capability to navigate and coordinate across various teams.
