Your Role:
As a Property Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the home buying and selling process. Your commitment to providing exceptional service will help our clients achieve their real estate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
  • Engage with leads to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Identify and develop new business prospects within our service areas.
  • Prepare written purchase agreements for clients to facilitate a smooth closing process.
  • Conduct consultations with buyers and sellers to understand their needs and preferences.

Qualifications:

  • A willingness to embrace new tools, systems, and technologies.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A proven track record in sales is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and eager for professional development.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • A valid Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one is required.

Compensation:
Expected earnings of $94,000 based on performance.
