Position Summary

The Customer Service Representatives (CSR) at BBA Aviation are integral to the success of our operations, ensuring that we consistently deliver exceptional service to our clients. CSRs are often the first point of contact for visitors and play a crucial role in fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere. They are responsible for managing a variety of tasks that ensure services are delivered accurately and efficiently, adhering to company protocols.

Key Responsibilities

As a CSR, you will be expected to:
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to provide a warm and inviting experience for all visitors.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and identifying additional services that may benefit clients.
  • Handle questions and concerns from vendors, customers, and colleagues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Process customer transactions accurately, including purchases and fuel orders, in line with company guidelines.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our facilities, services, and surrounding areas to assist customers effectively.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld through regular inspections of assigned areas.
  • Provide concierge services, including arranging accommodations, transportation, and catering as needed.
  • Assist pilots with access to essential information and resources.
  • Support visitors with their luggage and assist with ground operations as required.
  • Follow emergency protocols during critical situations.
  • Propose enhancements to operational standards and practices to management.
  • Exhibit professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
  • Adhere to security protocols as mandated by the company and regulatory authorities.
  • Maintain accurate records of work hours and services rendered.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A professional demeanor.
  • The ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing weather conditions.
  • Basic arithmetic skills.
  • Preferred: Previous experience in aviation, hospitality, or customer service.
