Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to drive measurable revenue growth through training initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales training programs, collaborating with sales leadership and product marketing to identify knowledge gaps and training needs, and providing ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance the clinical skills and knowledge of existing sales team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and hands-on exercises.
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance the clinical skills and knowledge of existing sales team members.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and product marketing to identify training needs and priorities.
  • Create and update sales talk tracks, integrating them into daily workflows.
  • Implement the development, delivery, and training of effective sales playbooks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of field medical sales experience, conducting medical sales training methodology, including competitive sales positioning and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales enablement, training, and coaching.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.

Salary Range: $118,000 - $140,000. The estimated salary range for this position is based on national averages and industry standards. We offer a competitive compensation package, including bonus and stock opportunities, to attract and retain top talent.
