Senior Sales Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive/Director to drive sales growth and lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing industry trends, ensuring customer satisfaction, and submitting account plans and sales reports.
Responsibilities- Cultivate long-term relationships with key customers to secure continuous revenue streams.
- Identify new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
- Oversee sales administration and customer service activities to ensure seamless execution.
- Mentor junior sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
- Analyze sales metrics to assess the effectiveness of current strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research on competitors' products and pricing to gain insights into customer preferences.
- Develop and implement sales plans to increase revenue and expand market share.
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure successful closes.
- Presentation and reporting of sales data to management.
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
- A minimum of five years of experience in B2B sales.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Driven and motivated individual.
- Willingsness to travel 30-40% of the time.
- Strong team player.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
