Business Development Enablement Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Enablement Lead to drive alignment between sales and marketing teams by building and optimizing enablement processes, tools, and resources.
This strategic role will focus on ensuring that our revenue teams are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and content needed to successfully execute on revenue-generating strategies and exceed their goals. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales onboarding programs, designing ongoing training programs, creating and maintaining comprehensive sales playbooks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales enablement content with go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Onboarding: Develop and manage sales onboarding programs to ensure new hires are trained within their first 30 days and achieve competency benchmarks.
- Ongoing Training: Design and implement ongoing training programs, offering new learning opportunities quarterly.
- Sales Playbook Management: Create, update, and maintain a comprehensive sales playbook, ensuring full adoption and consistent use by the sales team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to align sales enablement content with go-to-market strategies and product messaging.
- Enablement Impact Measurement: Measure and track the impact of enablement initiatives on revenue performance, aiming to improve sales team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Workflow Streamlining: Implement tools and processes to streamline sales workflows, reduce sales cycle time, and improve conversion rates.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or revenue enablement at a B2B company, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful enablement programs.
- Experience in payment processing, familiarity with payment systems, merchants, and ISVs.
- Hands-on experience in creating and managing sales enablement materials, such as playbooks, training guides, and onboarding programs.
- Proficient with revenue tools like Salesforce and Outreach, with experience in CRM systems and reporting tools.
