WinnCompanies is seeking a dedicated Property Management Associate to become a vital part of our organization. In this role, you will assist in overseeing multiple properties, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional resident experiences.

Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the Property Manager in various functions, such as leasing activities, financial management, and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee collection processes, manage rent postings, and enforce payment policies.
  • Facilitate apartment leasing by conducting tours, processing applications, and negotiating lease renewals.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing resident inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Assist in both physical and financial management tasks as assigned.
  • Act as the Property Manager during their absence for designated periods.
  • Prepare financial reports and resident communications, including recertification notices.
  • Manage accounts payable processes, from issuing purchase orders to invoice processing.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in property management.
  • Basic supervisory experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience with Tax Credit programs is advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree.
  • Experience with property management software such as Yardi or RealPage.
