Client Relations Specialist

Role Overview:
This position focuses on managing customer accounts and ensuring effective communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate order entry and product design (no software skills necessary).
- Conducting pricing evaluations and cost assessments.
- Resolving customer issues and assisting with production scheduling in our manufacturing facilities.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- A keen interest in learning about manufacturing machinery.
- Experience in developing pricing strategies and conducting cost analyses.
- A strong aptitude for working with numbers, including decimals and fractions; attention to detail is crucial.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic team environment while also contributing independently.
This role involves significant phone interaction with both internal and external customers, providing a comprehensive view of a Divisional Manufacturing setting.
Education Requirements:
- High School diploma is mandatory; a college degree is preferred, especially in business or accounting.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with AS400 is advantageous.
