Work Schedule for the Customer Service Role:
  • Monday-Thursday (Potential hours will be between 8 AM - 7 PM)
  • Friday (8 AM - 5 PM)
  • 1-2 Scheduled Saturdays per month (1st shift)
Your Impact:
  • Managing inbound and outbound communications with clients and internal staff, emphasizing outstanding service
  • Explaining available services and how they can assist clients with their home-related challenges
  • Coordinating installation and service appointments for our sales and service teams
  • Meticulously documenting interactions, including notes and images relevant to client needs
What sets you apart:
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills evidenced by substantial customer service experience (Minimum of 2 years in a call center environment required).
  • Proven track record of 3+ years of customer service at a single organization.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, willing to take necessary actions to meet objectives.
  • A blend of education and experience that demonstrates a successful history in this field (Experience in logistics, scheduling, and calendar management is preferred).
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
  • Consistent attendance record.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
