  • Meticulously recording interactions, including notes and images relevant to client requirements

What Sets You Apart:

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills demonstrated through substantial customer service experience (Minimum of 2 years in a call center environment required).
  • Proven track record of 3+ years of customer service with the same organization.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • A blend of education and experience showcasing a successful history in this domain (Preference for candidates with experience in logistics, scheduling, and calendar management).
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • Typing proficiency of at least 35 words per minute.
  • Consistent attendance and reliability.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
