Team Rehabilitation is a network of therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy clinics dedicated to enhancing patient care across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities

Summary:

Team Rehabilitation is actively seeking dedicated Physical Therapists focused on patient care. The primary duties include assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients to facilitate recovery from injuries, manage pain, and restore mobility. Success is driven by delivering outstanding physical therapy with measurable results. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for patient care and consistently exceed industry standards.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional healthcare services to our patients. Ensure that patients achieve positive outcomes and are satisfied with their therapy experience.
  • Conduct evaluations for new patients to understand their medical and emotional needs, followed by developing tailored care plans.
  • Administer treatments and establish measurable, functional goals, addressing any patient concerns regarding their injury, progress, and expected outcomes.
  • Educate patients on treatment options and home exercises that complement their clinical sessions.
  • Supervise aides during non-Medicare, non-BCBSM patient modalities and assist with their setup and cleanup tasks.
  • Monitor and reassess patient progress, adjusting care plans and goals as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Address pain management as a vital aspect of care, employing techniques to alleviate pain and enhance daily functioning.
  • Determine appropriate discharge timing for patients, teaching them proper mechanics and strategies to prevent future injuries.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes.
  • Achieve a reasonable productivity level, which may vary based on referrals and patient types, with expectations of 55 to 60 treatments plus evaluations weekly for full-time Physical Therapists.
  • Engage in research studies supported by the clinic and contribute to developing protocols for common diagnoses.
  • Provide input on policies and procedures to ensure all Team Rehabilitation clinics deliver the highest quality of care.
  • Address patient feedback and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Commit to continuous professional development by staying informed about the latest research and techniques. Attend in-house CEUs and utilize the continuing education allowance for seminars, workshops, and professional growth opportunities.


Qualifications
  • Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
  • Valid Physical Therapy License
