About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Frontier Management (OR) in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and implement physician orders for occupational therapy
  • Conduct client interviews to determine treatment needs and schedule therapy sessions
  • Evaluate and recommend modifications to therapy treatment plans as necessary
  • Assist clients with ambulatory training and recommend rehabilitative and therapeutic activities
  • Document client progress and response to care
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Oregon
  • 1 year of home care experience preferred
  • Experience with electronic medical records systems a plus
