Success is driven by delivering exceptional physical therapy with measurable results. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for patient care and consistently exceed industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding healthcare to our patients. Ensure patients achieve positive outcomes and are satisfied with their physical therapy experience.
- Assess new patients – understand their medical and emotional backgrounds, then formulate care plans.
- Administer treatment and establish measurable, functional goals, addressing any concerns regarding their injury, progress, and expected outcomes.
- Educate patients on treatment options and home exercises that can complement their clinical sessions.
- Supervise aides during the provision of modalities for non-Medicare, non-BCBSM patients, including general setup and cleanup duties.

- Address pain management as a vital aspect of care, utilizing techniques that promote pain reduction and enhance daily functioning.
- Determine appropriate discharge for patients. Instruct patients on proper mechanics, ergonomics, and strategies to prevent future incidents.
