Position Overview:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is accountable for steering the comprehensive strategic vision for the hospital, formulating and executing strategies to effectively position the facility to meet corporate objectives and promote its services.

Arbour SeniorCare is in search of a transformative leader with a proven track record in guiding, evaluating, and refining strategic annual plans and budgets, all aimed at delivering exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing efficient quality acute care operations, demonstrating a strong commitment to the community, patients, and all hospital personnel.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the senior management team of the hospital and engage in strategic planning sessions with medical staff and governance.
  • Regularly meet with hospital leadership to assess current financial performance, analyze forecasts, and ensure timely and appropriate interventions.
  • Guarantee consistent adherence to quality, risk management, financial, human resources, and other standards in alignment with organizational expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance overall patient satisfaction and maintain a commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a thorough understanding of acute care hospital management, financial practices, and healthcare market trends, both locally and regionally.

Knowledge of relevant regulatory compliance and certification standards is essential.

Demonstrated leadership, communication, and executive management capabilities are required.

The ability to manage diverse relationships among board members, physicians, management, staff, and the community is crucial.

A deep understanding of financial management, operational strategies, and necessary interventions at the facility level is mandatory.

Candidates must be able to motivate, inspire, and effectively communicate with individuals and groups.

A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA), or a related field from an accredited institution is required, along with 5-8 years of relevant hospital experience.
