Position Overview

The Vice President of Marketing will collaborate closely with Area Sales Managers and the Vice President of Sales to design, develop, implement, and oversee the company's advertising and marketing strategies. This role will encompass all advertising-related media, including digital platforms, promotional events, and public relations activities, alongside the management of Internet Sales Consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive lead generation and traffic that aligns with the division's sales objectives.
  • Develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that incorporates both digital and traditional methods for all advertising campaigns, internet initiatives, direct mail efforts, and marketing collateral creation.
  • Collaborate with Lennar corporate to ensure brand consistency and leverage best practices across divisions where applicable.
  • Content Development: Partner with creative teams and agencies to produce marketing materials, ensuring consistency and quality that reflects the company brand.
  • Identify and promote unique selling propositions for all communities and brands, including Residential/Primary, Resort, and Active Adult segments.
  • Audit website marketing content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Maintain community presentations, ensuring all necessary materials are ordered and installed correctly for models and standing inventory.
  • Oversee the production of advertising materials, sales office displays, brochures, and outreach materials to ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Monitor signage and media to ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate standards.
  • Collaborate with Division Purchasing, architectural staff, and business partners to produce necessary renderings.
  • Manage all aspects of WHC installations, including approved sales office layouts and mandated items.
  • Facilitate the promotion of incentives, grand openings, and special financing opportunities.
  • Ensure all social media and internal communications reflect appealing, innovative, and accurate content.
  • Coordinate marketing-related meetings with vendors and advertising agencies as required.
  • Participate in strategic meetings with senior management to align team goals and processes.
  • Execute marketing plans to enhance Realtor contributions and grow Realtor relations.
  • Visit communities to collaborate with VPS's, ASM's, and NHC's to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Develop and manage specific marketing budgets for all communities, communicating accrued expenses as needed.
  • Oversee coordination of Consumer and Broker/Realtor events, measuring their success.
  • Track results of marketing initiatives, analyzing traffic sources and cost per traffic to maximize effectiveness.
  • Conduct quarterly evaluations of competitive communities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing/Advertising is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in supervising and directing a team is necessary.
  • Experience in the homebuilding sector is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining professionalism and effectively managing confrontational situations.
  • Proficient computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and Publishing software.
  • Resourcefulness, patience, clarity, and strong management and motivational skills are essential.
  • A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required.

Physical & Office Presence Requirements:
