Huckberry is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the Apparel Design team. This role is vital in ensuring the successful development of best-in-class products.
Key Responsibilities- Support seasonal development calendar in partnership with designers and cross-functional teams to hit key milestone dates.
- Execute specific design development projects, such as mood boards and research, as assigned by the designer.
- Assist with tech pack updates as needed in our product lifecycle management system.
- Manage in-season development through the organization of seasonal binders, including all submits for lab dips, materials, and trim development.
- Create and update linesheets and working boards as needed.
- Maintain an active role in weekly fittings and work-in-progress meetings, taking notes and following up on outstanding issues.
- 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Insanely organized and detail-oriented with a strong ability to work independently.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong design point of view and willingness to voice it.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about menswear.
