Job Title: Senior Apparel Designer

Huckberry is seeking a highly creative and innovative Senior Designer to join our team. As a Senior Apparel Designer, you will be responsible for driving the product design process from start to finish, including concept development, fabric selection, and final approvals for our House Brand activewear categories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product design concepts that resonate with our customer and meet market trends.
  • Collaborate with PLM and Merchandising to create a best-in-class assortment that drives sales and customer engagement.
  • Partner with the Product Development & Production team to ensure design vision is executed while hitting key milestones and metrics.
  • Lead weekly fittings with Technical Design to ensure fit, quality, and construction standards meet internal standards.
  • Conduct market, product, fabric, and trend research for active and outdoors.
  • Work with leadership and key stakeholders to shape the long-term vision and strategy of our activewear brands.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in designing men's apparel.
  • BA, BFA, or BS in Design (or equivalent) required.
  • Men's active or outdoor experience and passion required.
  • Extremely well-versed in activewear construction, fabrics, and trims with a pulse on new market innovations.
  • Highly creative and driven, with excellent communication skills and experience working with international vendors.
  • Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD, and PLM.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to provide direction, take feedback, and work with minimal supervision.
