Job SummaryPCR Staffing is seeking an experienced Industrial Field Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining industrial equipment, including hot melt adhesives and sealants.   • Install and maintain industrial equipment, including hot melt adhesives and sealants.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements
  • Associate degree or two-year technical certificate, or 3-5 years' experience in lieu of degree/certificate.
  • 5+ years successful experience in industrial service or equipment installation.
  • 3+ years Field engineering experience.
  • Very good Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills required.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics.
  • Experience with pneumatics is also an advantage.
  • Management/ supervisor experience would also be an advantage.
