Crane Service Sales Specialist

Mazzella Service is seeking a highly skilled Crane Service Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new and increasing existing service sales and inspection opportunities in your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales plan to promote Mazzella Crane Manufacturing offerings and products within your assigned territory.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to develop an understanding of the Overhead Crane solutions technical sales process.
- Manage and maintain accurate records in our CRM system to support sales goals.
- Prepare and present professional proposals to clients.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a degree in a related field preferred.
- 5 years of sales or service experience, or equivalent military experience, is required.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and planning skills are essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
