About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Operations Manager to join our team at Alleima. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the inspection operations within our Kennewick facility, ensuring the highest level of quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tactical production plans and controls to meet strategic objectives.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for all employees, conducting regular audits to assess safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Guide and mentor Working Leads to effectively implement production plans and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, employee development, and operational excellence.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for work centers within the area of responsibility.
  • Provide daily communication and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the management team, developing action plans for improvement when necessary.
  • Implement company strategic programs and objectives, such as 5S, Safety, Continuous Improvement, and Lean initiatives.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Relevant knowledge in leading a production department, with a focus on quality, safety, and productivity.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent leadership competencies, with the ability to mobilize the team to achieve excellence and high performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Engineers, Technicians, Operators, and Managers.
  • Good organization and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Digital literacy, with proficiency in office and industrial IT systems, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

  • A competitive salary range of $73,000 to $108,300 annually, with a 10% annual bonus and annual merit eligibility.
