As a key member of the Subway team, your role as a manager will encompass several vital responsibilities:

  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Overseeing the preparation and service of high-quality food
  • Maintaining a clean, functional, and appealing restaurant environment
  • Managing inventory and financial control systems
  • Implementing local marketing strategies, including community engagement
  • Recruiting and training staff
  • Upholding safety and security standards within the restaurant
  • Collaborating effectively with team members

In addition to your managerial duties, your daily tasks will include:

  • Attracting and recognizing outstanding team members
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and health regulations
  • Maintaining and analyzing business records to drive sales growth
  • Identifying potential customers to enhance sales
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and ensuring the restaurant is prepared for promotional activities
  • Organizing special events and promotions

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a restaurant setting, with experience in supervising and training staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to interact with all levels of team members. Proficiency in computer systems is required.

Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various areas of the restaurant as needed and operate computerized Point of Sale systems/cash registers. This position involves bending, standing, and walking throughout the workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.

*Comprehensive training will be provided for your roles and responsibilities.

Full-Time/Part-Time and Day/Evening/Weekend shifts are available depending on location.
