Position Summary: As a key member of the SERVPRO Team Friermuth, the Site Operations Manager will oversee the daily functions of reconstruction projects, ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients, subcontractors, and team members involved in restoration services.

About Us: For over three decades, SERVPRO Team Friermuth has been dedicated to assisting clients during challenging times. Our skilled professionals respond to fire and water damage incidents, providing mold and biohazard remediation services to restore properties to their original condition.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct final inspections with clients and obtain signed completion confirmations.
  • Facilitate pre-construction discussions with clients.
  • Set clear expectations and provide regular project updates to clients and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate schedules for subcontractors and material suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, local regulations, and scope of work.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all project activities.
  • Uphold quality standards through regular site inspections.
  • Evaluate and rate all vendors and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate necessary inspections with local authorities.
  • Identify and address any work outside the agreed scope.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in customer service excellence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in restoration and/or construction fields.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as required by law.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to work in extreme conditions, including heat.
  • Capable of walking and standing for extended periods, as well as driving, sitting, and climbing.
  • Must be able to climb ladders and work at elevated heights.
