Job Summary

Gensco, a leading HVAC wholesale distributor and manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Warehouse Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all Gensco customers and colleagues, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and process incoming shipments, accurately storing products in designated bin locations.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and prepare customer orders for delivery, verifying accuracy and quality.
  • Material Handling: Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks, to efficiently move products throughout the warehouse.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist colleagues as needed, promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual support.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds, with frequent work at heights up to 30 feet.
  • Attendance: Regular, consistent attendance for scheduled shifts is essential.
