Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Gecko Hospitality. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and overseeing the scheduling, training, and development of staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that all guests have an exceptional dining experience, from the moment they walk in the door to the moment they leave.
  • Scheduling and Training: Oversee the scheduling and training of staff, ensuring that all employees are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent service.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Manage inventory and order supplies, ensuring that the restaurant is always stocked with the necessary items to provide excellent service.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and achieve financial goals, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Business Growth: Collaborate with the General Manager to create and implement plans for business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a restaurant manager, with experience in fast-casual concepts preferred.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Financial Knowledge: Knowledge of P&L statements, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Passion for Service: Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Technology Skills: Experience with restaurant technologies, including POS systems and scheduling software.
