- Availability: Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
