Job Overview
Under the guidance of supervisory staff, the Lead Patient Services Coordinator manages patient scheduling and provides specialized data support and administrative assistance for the Heart and Vascular Center.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Schedule intricate inpatient and outpatient Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology procedures.
2. Communicate surgical schedules effectively to professional offices.
3. Coordinate and resolve scheduling conflicts as necessary.
4. Accurately enter patient charges for billing and maintain surgical journal/record information for business intelligence reporting.
5. Conduct additional patient charge research and escalate issues as needed.
6. Collaborate closely with management, staff, and physicians to ensure seamless communication throughout the department.

Position Details:
