We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Feasibility Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Development Operations (GDO) team, you will play a critical role in advancing our vision and strategy for clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and conduct the end-to-end data-driven feasibility process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of feasibility assessments.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Medical, and CROs, to develop and implement feasibility strategies that meet business objectives.

  • Develop and maintain study-level patient enrollment forecasts, ensuring alignment with operational plans and business objectives.

  • Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and business objectives.

  • Contribute to the development of operational plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of feasibility services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of direct feasibility experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

  • Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation, project management, and strategic decision-making.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Strong understanding of clinical trial design, execution, and feasibility processes.

  • Experience with MS Office and other relevant systems/tools.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
