Position Summary
We are currently seeking a seasoned Senior Clinical Supply Chain Manager to join our Global Clinical Drug Supply team. This role will involve a hybrid work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- IRT Platform Oversight: Lead the establishment of IRT standards and best practices while providing training and support in collaboration with IRT governance.
- Vendor Management: Oversee governance standards with IRT vendors, identifying trends to optimize IRT usage and streamline development processes.
- Technical Compliance: Ensure technical oversight, compliance, and validation of IRT systems throughout their lifecycle.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete lifecycle of trial-specific IRT systems, including setup, maintenance, and decommissioning, while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Risk Mitigation: Conduct thorough risk assessments to minimize potential issues related to IRT system implementation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding IRT service delivery and project status.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancement and lead initiatives to improve IRT processes, providing mentorship and training to team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects and working with regulatory standards.
- Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
