Genmab is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director, Feasibility Lead to join our team in Princeton, NJ. As a key member of our Global Development Operations (GDO) team, you will play a critical role in advancing our vision and strategy for clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and conduct end-to-end data-driven feasibility processes to inform strategic decision-making.
- Partner with stakeholders across GDO, Medical Affairs, Medical, and CROs to enable expedited, predictive delivery for all stages of global feasibility.
- Develop and maintain study-level patient enrollment forecasts based on final operational plan approval and feasibility.
- Identify and resolve operational risks for clinical trials within the given indication/program.
- Contribute to the development of the study's operational plan.
- Engage in continual process improvement and gather cross-functional feedback to drive innovation.
- Minimum 5 years of direct feasibility experience in the pharmaceutical/CRO/biotech industry.
- Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation to inform strategic decision-making, project management, and operational planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management, written communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strong understanding of clinical drug development, including trial design, execution, and feasibility processes.
- Experience with MS Office and other relevant systems/tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
