About the Role

Genmab is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director, Feasibility Strategy Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Global Development Operations (GDO) team, you will play a critical role in advancing our vision and strategy for feasibility and planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and conduct end-to-end data-driven feasibility processes to inform risk-benefit decision making at the therapeutic area (TA), program, and study levels.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across GDO, Medical Affairs, Medical, and/or Contract Research Organizations (CROs) to enable expedited, predictive delivery for all stages of global feasibility.
  • Develop and maintain study-level patient enrollment forecasts based on final operational plan approval and feasibility results.
  • Identify and resolve events in the indication landscape that represent operational risks for the execution of clinical trials within the given indication/program.
  • Contribute to the development of operational plans and ensure standardization in the use of data, tools, and processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of direct feasibility experience in the pharmaceutical/CRO/biotech industry.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation to inform strategic decision making, project management, and developing study delivery strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, concise written communication, and ability to influence and collaborate across a complex matrix environment.
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of clinical drug development, including clinical trial design, trial execution, and feasibility and allocation processes.
  • Experience with MS Office and other relevant systems/tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
