Job Overview

The Casino Host role is pivotal in attracting new players to enhance the property’s clientele and boost revenue. This position focuses on ensuring guest retention and repeat visits through effective communication channels, including telemarketing. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering exceptional and personalized service, demonstrating a genuine passion for guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Casino Marketing team to increase revenue and player engagement.
  • Build and nurture one-on-one relationships with guests, providing outstanding service to foster loyalty.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of casino games, current promotions, and the benefits of the loyalty program.
  • Support initiatives to promote new loyalty program enrollments.
  • Coordinate reservations, transportation, and accommodations for guests.
  • Exercise sound judgment in decision-making, adhering to established guidelines.
  • Assist in organizing player development events.
  • Perform additional related duties as required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance at all times.
Work Environment

This position operates in both an office and casino setting, requiring flexibility in work hours.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; additional education or training in sales and marketing is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in casino, hospitality, telemarketing, or a related customer service field.
Language Proficiency

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in a second language is advantageous. Candidates should be able to read, analyze, and interpret various documents and respond to inquiries effectively.

Age and Certifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid gaming license and alcohol awareness certification are necessary for this role.
