This position operates under direct supervision and relies on foundational experience, established protocols, and sound judgment to execute job responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain exemplary guest relations by addressing complaints and ensuring overall satisfaction. Greet guests warmly and provide personalized service.
  • Facilitate new guest registrations for Players Club membership and assist in the management and updating of guest accounts as necessary.
  • Promote the Players Club's success by clearly explaining its benefits to guests, issuing membership cards, and demonstrating various usage methods.
  • Document information for new customers and update electronic records as required.
  • Assess and qualify guests for participation in casino promotions and events.
  • Resolve various guest complaints, escalating to the appropriate supervisor when needed.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Players Club to effectively communicate all relevant details to guests.
  • Regularly check the inventory of Players Club promotional materials and replenish stock as necessary.
  • Issue complimentary vouchers to guests based on established criteria.
  • Assist in organizing tournaments, drawings, and special events.
  • Support the Player Development team by answering general inquiries and providing necessary information.
  • Stay informed about company facilities and special events to advise guests and colleagues effectively.
  • Adhere to established cash control policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a diverse clientele and dynamic environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Reliable and efficient with proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding customer and company information.
  • Outgoing personality to effectively communicate marketing initiatives to Players Club members.
  • Capability to read and understand simple instructions and memos.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 months experience or a combination of education and experience in a casino marketing-related field.
  • Must be eligible to obtain a Nevada Gaming Card and complete Title 31 training.
  • Work may be conducted in environments that are unusually hot, cold, noisy, dimly lit, or brightly illuminated.
  • Work is performed in both an office setting and on the casino floor, requiring the ability to work in a smoke-filled environment.
  • Interaction with colleagues and guests in the work area is typical.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work in various locations as required.
  • Availability to work necessary hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Requires proficiency in using office equipment.
  • Normal mobility is required, including walking, standing, reaching overhead, bending, and lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling of at least 25 lbs.
