Job OverviewAt Competitive Network Management LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the commercial space. Our company provides a range of IT services, including low voltage infrastructure, office networking, server maintenance, and managed services. We are a labor-heavy industry, and our sales professionals are compensated based on labor sales. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed your monthly quotas, which will be determined during the hiring process. You will be expected to maintain accurate records of contacts, communications, and sales, as well as comply with our data filing procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that agreements stemming from sales are handled accurately to maximize revenue. Job ResponsibilitiesAs an IT Sales Professional, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the commercial space
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners
  • Providing technical expertise and support to clients
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas
  • Maintaining accurate records of contacts, communications, and sales
  • Complying with company data filing procedures
  • Ensuring accurate handling of agreements stemming from sales
Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high school level education or higher
  • Five or more years of sales experience in the IT industry, or equivalent knowledge of our products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management software, such as Autotask
