Aftermarket Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aftermarket Sales Manager to join our team at Ford Component Sales, LLC. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive incremental growth for Ford Motor Company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and achieve strategic growth plans for FCS' aftermarket business unit, including Aftermarket, Transmission, and Special Markets lines of business.
- Update and maintain product offerings to support growth initiatives.
- Manage pricing activity to maximize profits.
- Develop and execute agreements as needed to support business unit.
- Interface with other FCS departments as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and report BPR data to senior management.
- Work with various Ford activities to develop distribution channel synergies.
- Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with account managers.
- Represent company at trade association meetings.
- Provide accurate and timely forecast data.
- Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or 7 or more years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position manages assigned employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of employees within the department. Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
