Urology Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Olympus Corporation of the Americas. As a Urology Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the urology market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
- Utilize sales tools and technology to track sales performance, manage customer interactions, and analyze market data
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on urology or related markets
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Prior experience in sales or marketing with medical devices or in a hospital medical environment
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory, with occasional overnight stays
